About Set One Free

Rich and Maggie Troyer have traveled the country and Europe as motivational speakers, challenging their audiences, bringing hope and dignity to today’s generation of teens and adults alike.

For the past seven years, Rich has been the director of The Center For Responsible Thinking, an initiative of a social service agency serving the state of Indiana. Using his experience as a Prevention Specialist, he and Maggie team up to communicate hard truths with teenagers and adults from all walks of life. There passion to see individuals make healthy choices is fueled by their own past, bringing the hope of a bright future to their audiences no matter what the circumstances.

Having been married for over 25 years, Rich and Maggie’s lives remain an example of strength and courage in the face of adversity. Audiences will walk away understanding the grace that individuals can share with one another and the fortitude that comes when one’s focus remains on faith, life goals and commitment to each other.

The Troyers have shared their story on college campuses, high schools, conferences, outreach banquet groups, churches, youth groups, high and medium security prisons, and juvenile detention centers. If you are interested in having them come to your group or assembly, please contact them at info@setonefree.com.

Testimonials

"Maggie’s life story in mind-boggling. It is also encouraging, emotive and inspirational. Most of all, Maggie’s experience is one of the greatest testimonies our students have ever heard regarding the abundance of God’s grace."
